How to send invitations and collect RSVPs on WhatsApp (without the chaos)

WhatsApp is where your guests already are — which is why every family group chat eventually becomes an RSVP disaster: forwarded flyers, "who's coming?" polls, and a final headcount that's off by twenty.

The fix: one personal link per guest

Instead of forwarding an image, send each guest their own link. Done right, that link:

The workflow

  1. Create the invitation and add your guest list.
  2. Each guest gets a unique link with a pre-written message.
  3. Tap the WhatsApp button next to a guest — the message opens in WhatsApp ready to send.
  4. RSVPs, party sizes and meal choices land in your dashboard, not your chat.

Dawat generates the per-guest links, the pre-written WhatsApp messages, and the live funnel (sent → opened → responded) automatically. Email sending is built in; WhatsApp is one tap per guest.
